In one way or the other, everyone’s affected by this pandemic. COVID-19 brought a halt to most of our activities, and theatres and movies are not left out too. Some movies which Nigerians have been awaiting their release were postponed. These announcements were made on social media. Some of the movies include:
- Soft Work
This is a long-awaited movie for most Nigerians. Produced by Daransen Richards, Soft Work is a crime drama series starring the likes of Alex Ekubo and IK Ogbonna. It was scheduled to be released on March 27, 2020 but later got postponed.
- Mama Drama
Is another long-awaited movie that was meant to be released. It’s a movie that promises to be thrilling as well as educative. Osas Ighodaro and Kunle Komi are part of the faces which graces the movie.
- Fate of Alakada(Reloaded)
Surely, this is not an unknown one. The blockbuster movie set to be released by the award-winning and delectable actress, Toyin Abraham, has been indefinitely postponed too.
- Ratnik
This is a Nollywood scifi movie that’s highly anticipated. Expectations about the movie are high, and we hope the movie meets them all. Unfortunately, it was a heartbeat for some people when the release date of the movie got postponed. But what to do considering the pandemic saga?
We hope that the pandemic be over soon, so that we all can get back to our normal lives and to seeing the movies we highly anticipate.
